Very slow and delayed service And no prompt tracking info as well feedback

Very very poor service by DTDC

So bad service don't show tracking details that where is my parcel i told that most urgent parcel but since there not showing on tracking details

Worst service i have ever seen

I give 3 star because I think you should improve your tracking system...

Diwali gifts were ordered in urgent manner and till now there is no update regarding the parcel? The service is becoming the worst ever.

My customer parcel is location reached bt not delivered still. But status is showing delivered. Very very worest service

Iiterally your service is useless. I have given parcel on 6th November evening at 5.30 pm but your staff booked on 7 th morning.It clearly mentioned in online checking. Today is 4th parcel was not delivered. What is the fun of your service?

Very poor service I think drinkers are sitting dtdc courier office They sent GOA address . Sent it Bangalore . I sent one of my document kozhikode( kerala) To Goa but DTDC sent it Bangalore .

Very bad service I sent one of my document kerala kozhikode to Goa address the dtdc courier sent it in Bangalore hub it still there and I lost my job last 4 days I am waiting for my document. Normally kozhikode to Goa only one day taken .

Take long time for delivery. Received nearest branch but item hold two days then they deliver the item next day. So total no service holding 3 days.
