Parcel sent to New Delhi on 6.11.23 no D72081951 was informed to us that it will be delivered on nov.9th or 10th. When we followed with the franchisee at koduvayur they are informing that it will be delivered on Monday 13th .this is a very bad experience for us.

I'll book my parsel on 6/11/23 to Noida But today 10/11/23 it is arived in ambala . What the f*** service . 5 day Talwara to ambala . Soo bad service ever.

Ankit I don't usually give 1 star but as a genuine feedback please improve your tracking data correctly it still very bad And Service is Slowly & Timely Not Update

Your service is horrible, you just don't care for your customer. Now just imagine my parcel is stranded since 8th of this month and is still in Patna.When are you going to deliver the parcel to us. Please be serious in your business.

Very poor delivery system

I Booked a Percel on 8/11/23 for Mumbai.DTDC took urgent Charge Rs 750/ and promised to deliver within 9/11/23.But the parcel is not delivered till 11:17 of 10/11/23.Customer care is not responding.Bogus company.
