Delivery record is very bad. One can not give a single star on this record

For chennai local delivery not even delivered till now very worst service. Nov 8th booked it's been 3 days not yet delivered till now. For local delivery. I think the above given reviews are same employees given good reviews i think.

Third class service and if there is 0 star then it's goes to DTDC

We have not proper sarvice on timely he is very delayed on courier

It's been ten days since my order shipped not even a single update from your side. Why are you running delivery service if you can't manage it . If i has minus rating i would have gave it to you

Very poor service , charging like anything on the name of good service but could not maintain the commitment. Recommend not to go for DTDC.

I am not happy for your service... Very late delivery

It's Terrible service. Website says "hassle free". It's only been hassle! The delivery agent updates a status saying "order requested for another date" while I didn't receive any call. Customer service says "it will be delivered as soon as possible". It's been 4 days since! No proper response or tracking support. The other courier companies are far better!
