They book the item and at the time of delivery, informing that this delivery location not covered. Daily false sms created by delivery boy that courier is out for delivery but they never deliver it.

I am reluctant to give a single star also to this courier service, worst ever.. shipped on 26th Oct and my parcel reached the destination on 30th Oct. Till today no sign of delivery, the status is at out for delivery. I am being asked to pay to talk to customer care!! never choose this again

Does it take 15 days to recieve parcel by DTDC at a distance of only 300 kms? Why are they charging so high for such pathetic and poor service
