Worst service ever. They are charging for express service n my parcel is no pending in their ofc from last 3 days n didn't dispatched yet whether i hv mentioned to dispatch it by express way

A letter from Bengaluru sent on 2nd Nov, reached Cochin Apec on 4th morning. Shown as out for delivery at 8.45 of 6th Nov. Yet to receive at 10pm of 6th. Tracking shows FDM prepared several times. GOK what FDM is. Ask Tell your friends never to send thru DTDC to Cochin, if you want to avoid BP. There are far better services. Even ordy post is more reliable. Deserves zero STAR

DTDC is not trustable courier service they dont care for safety of your package. They even dont care for time limit to deliver your package. They dont communicate any thing to sender. Overall I will advice not to send package by DTDC .I would like to give minus rating to DTDC

The item booked on 3nov23. Still the item not booked. Very bad service by mahavir enclave dtdc

The service is very slow, even after 7 days, the parcel has not been delivered from Jaipur to Ahmednagar

C33027810 the above consignment was Booked on 3.11.23 at Tuticorin but not received till date. Worst courier service is DTDC .

Till date, I've had two couriers from DTDC. The first one, DTDC called me saying they don't deliver to my address so I need to come collect it even though the full amount was paid. The second time, I never received the courier and their tracking didn't work. Will never use their services again

Such a worst service....too late and still we didn't receive the parcel ...nearly it took 20 days ...very worst
