The worst experience so far. No updates & no information when contacted Customer Service. Customer Service did not give feedback on whereabouts of my parcel and thereafter they were not answering my calls also.

Courier says in transit and one person calls me asks me to make a payment in order to deliver the courier. Pathetic courier service and recommendation to not to use it

The worst possible service. A parcel was sent on 1.11.23 from Chennai to me at Delhi. Ithad come via Kolkata, it seems and it has reached me on 6.11.23 at 1 pm.

Very worst service all the time... This is the 2 nd time my parcel hasn't reached on time they charge for fast delivery but the delivery takes slow period of time

Many times parcel is send to wrong and remote location away from correct location resulting in unnecessary delay, worry and trouble to customer. DTDC booking offices should take utmost care while directing the packet.
