Very bad service

I have booked one cover To Machilipatnam pin 521001 through DTDC vide C.No.H39663917 on 02.11.2023. sofar it was not reached.

My parcel was booked from Jaipur to Lucknow on 26.10.2023 and no traces of it till today.

Worst service... very late to deliver

Waste service.... 20 days ho gaya till now not received my courier.

Avoid to take a chance they are lier and not responded even after so long follow ups

My marrige is tomorrow...my imp dress has not yet been corrierd...the adress is in same city as the shop.....it was corried on wed but still did not recive any update. Also....please do not keep the customer care numbers...if you do not want to help....every number i tried are either out of service or saying not able to take the call...this worst service i had ever have

The delivery agent tried to call me i cant pick up the call due to my work related issues after i called him he told me that he already returned the product the time is around 2 pm and i already called him around 15 times he is not willing to pick up the call and behaved so badly worst service from a courier very disappointed am also posting this on google too

C37849333 sent on 1st nov not delivered though it's within chennai till 6th nov, no update in website after 2nd nov, not able to reach customer care, collected location not able to help

From coimbatore to tuticorin 6 days still not delivered

I have send one shipment through DTC but till one month pass away but it'll now the shipment not delivered to Given address and not given proper answer for the query

I had booked to deliver a parcel from kolkata to hyderabad on 3rd Nov expecting to be delivered by today 6th Nov 2023. Searching the tracking number found the parcel still in kolkata. I called the customercare and it was asking me to Pay Rs 5 for the release of my parcel which had a mismatch of the pincode and they were holding it. I had an argument with the person saying why should I pay. Mobile of customercare was +918777346103 he had sent a file CustomerSupport_bbsnhd.apk Told me to open and pay through any method. I disconnected and called from where I had sent my parcel and they found that it has already reached hyderabad. I am writing a long review as you people should show the updates properly in tracking so that we understand where are parcel is. In the map there was only 2 green line one kolkata to Delhi and another kolkata to Chennai. And present destination Rajarhat kolkata. After the whole episode, when I came to know it has reached Hyderabad then the map was showing a third green line which reached hyderabad and destination was also hyderabad. Where fraud is overpowering our life you should be careful so that we customer don't fall in wrong hands.

Totally unprofessional and a very bad experience.
