Bad service taking too much time

Fast and good servish

Not able to deliver my order from gwalior to my home.

Service is worst my previous parcel not received and same thing happened agains, delivery agent not attempted a call for delivery,now I have to go to DTDC mail branch located at hingna MIDC ....... DTDC asked your agent why not called to attempt a successful delivery......

Worst service never seen

So depressed with their approach. Have been checking for 3 days and showing still in hub. My client is angry with us for courier behavior. Worst customer service

Very very bad service I send a parcel from Chennai to leh ladakh on 13th october till now 5th November it not reached at place and not delivered. When I try to contact the staff very bad response they have no time to reply . Their contact number also not working always out of coverage. Still I am waiting for the parcel. Now am worrying that they may be loss or deliver it to me

3rd class service, even tracking the courier is difficult. There are many fake websites in the name of DTDC Courier Tracking.

I had sent a parcel from Bangalore to Delhi on Thursday. They said book it by air, for which they charged 600 inr extra, it will be delivered by Saturday. And normal delivery for lessor cost was supposed to take five to six days. The air delivery took 5 days. They don't keep commitments. It fruits we had sent, delay deteriorates the quality. Highly unprofessional
