I have sent the courier for one day delivery it’s 3rd day not even dispatched the courier

Booked on 26/10/2023 at Kolkata to be delivered at Dallas(Texas) still showing status while tracking that my Consignment reached at Delhi Hub on today, the 5th November. 2023. So it took 10 whole days to reach a percel weighing less than 400 grams. Funniest initiative at the corridor of a reputed courier like DTDC.

Very bad service . package not delivered but showing delivered.and courier agent misbeaved and used abusive language when called to ask about parcel

Four days back parcel booked.. still haven't received

Worst service, says express booked parcel from dehradun to Hyderabad on first nov still it is in Delhi , they take exorbitant amount . I will never book in dtdc suggest everyone in emergency situation never use DTDC

Tracking ended up to 2nd nov now 5th nov i don't know where is my courier, From 2nd Nov still it is not tracking my courier
