Most hopeless service I have seen .. My parcel which was booked 5 days ago from Kolkata to Siliguri is still lying in Rajarhat as per tracking app .. This is second time such nonsense they have done … Never book anything through this courier..Even Normal courier could have bought in 24 hours ..wasted my money and time

Such a fraud employees are present in DTDC courier, holding parcel by saying wrong address us placed,asking for updates of parcel n hacking account by taking 2 rupees for update by which we do payment

The courier guys not delivering parcels in time but just updating in site as delivered. What the hell is this to customers. It's worst thing I would say
