Worst, rude and unacceptable behaviour from the lady staff at DTDC Branch at Doddabommasandra, Bangalore. Though I don't have an issue with DTDC as a courier and the owner of the branch, the individuals behaviour spoils the impression about Courier service itself..

They didn't give the parcel. They cl and tell we couldn't able to deliver your parcel today we deliver tomorrow but we will mark as delivered and asked for OTP. After giving OTP the next day that courier person couldn't reply or answering the call and message. In tracking item was delivered. Very worst and fraud service. For any customer service there is no customer service number or mail. What the fraud company you running. Don't believe this service all or fraud people. I need proper explanation of this issue. I need my parcel. Otherwise I file a complaint on consumer club and police. I want Answer.
