Worst delivery service and worst customer care,they haven’t delivered my parcel at doorstep and when I complained them they are telling Update your address again and when i denied then that customer care boy is telling me to call q kiya hai mam jaake lelo na parcel, what is this rude behaviour by dtdc. I suggest you all don’t use this service, it’s worst.

Always late courier. I am from panchkula and no one bother. Sometimes courier for panchkula goes to Delhi or other stations. Very bad service.

I was about to receive medicine in courier from wazirpur. It was received in shamsabad apex hub on 30th but till now they didn't deliver in Hyderabad city. Very pathetic service

Consignment in hold for 2rupees and without any notification.. they don’t think twice for retaining without informing until you ask them.. totally unreliable and disappointing

One of the most Ghatiya, third class courier service, on booking time you people will agree for delivery, after booking there is no responsibility of parcel you people need only money.
