Worst service it consumed 4 days to reach the courier from Pune to Mumbai and still it is not delivered to the intended receipient. They are asking for tokenverification process for which they will charge Rs 2 extra which is even more horrible as it is nothing but a fraudulent way to rob the customer even after collecting hefty courier charges. Will never recommend this courier to anybody

Very bad service.. services number has very person who give abuse to their customers on very bad level.. no manners no authenticity .. person gave abuse so much. Parcel I didn't get yet if I'll not get my parcel soon will complaint for this service where they appointed person who gave abuse instead of doing their service.

Worst courier service …my parcel was to be delivered on 26th Oct it was out for delivery in the morning and by evening it showed “ customer shifted to another location” how pathetic..and it was out for delivery again on 31st Oct same reason “ could not attempt “….this is soo rediculous…atleast provide contact number of your delivery agent …you are running a scam company

Never on time. Misguided, incorrect system updates, hopeless customer service, they hang up ur calls. Never ever going to use this company services. Also will ensure no one else suffer from u guys..
