DTDC reviews

Asking for 2-5 rs is not from DTDC. Someone is hacking our contact number and calling us back. They r getting support from call centre and they r asking us for payment and link. Plz don't click on any link....guys..

Very bad experience . Ordered on 3rd October. Still not received my parcel . Parcel is not picked yet.

Courier reached in time' with very nice condition.Only tracking of parcel not updated upto delivery.It will become fine if tracking details updated.

Not delivering to door step and not providing service to all the locations but accepting the orders for every location

My courier Ghaziabad delivered but not me received where delivered very much problem

This is the worst service provider. Maybe they quote the lowest rates so all selfish traders who provide free delivery option use this option.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. Pathetic service, please shut down the firm and be of more help by doing social work.

One of the worst service , workers also worst behaviour, request to the company please shutdown your company or change your workers , not giving any information, telling only one thing we don't know or saying who told you to booking in company, in DTDC waste of time and money

Package sent from Ernakulam to Tarur, Palakkad Dist sent on 26/10/23 which is hardly 120 KM away is not yet received on 30/10/23. There is no phone no for Alathur office. I called the nearby vadakkencherry office & they said they don't have Alathur phone no. Surprising that their own office don't have phone number of nearby office. +91 79 4712 8199 common number is non existent.

Very very very Poor service.
