How so good dtdc it's is fast delivery!

Horrible service...sent a courier within the state...it's 2 weeks and still not received - they take the sender's contact but don't bother to update or call back to check if they are unable to find location. When called to enquire they ask to pay rs 5 more.

Still my parcel not receive which is dispatch on 23/10/23

Worst experience ever from courier service… pathetic service n fraud costumer care service as they receive and ask for 5 rs just to update address n ask any desk app to download. I didn’t know about this before so told them details only last digit I was about to tell but somehow I understand there fraud still they call me 2-3 times to do same.. visit nearby they simply say these all things are not by DTDC ..@DTDC IF IT IS NOT YOU CHECK WHI IS DOING THIS IN UR NAMES ..still didn’t receive my parcel after 1 wk

Worst servive Customer care no. Demand money for delivery

In narasaraopet dtdc people asking to come to office for delivery. If it continues people will switch to other services.
