I tried calling DTDC customer care but the line was busy, immediately I recieved call from different number. He said I have to pay 2 rupees. And sent me a link to fill my details. WTF. Do DTDC really ask customers to fill their account details in a sketchy link?? For 2 rupees ???

Very very bad response in Kancheepuram branch staffs. They din even attend my call after 10 times I went directly to the DTDC off and received my parcel. In tracking I found it’s delivered I was shocked bcoz I din receive any parcel. Staffs must be very responsible in kpm branch.

Very bad service. DTDC, Jateswar, Alipurduar, WB, PIN 735216 is not delivering parcel to home. They asking to collect parcel from there centre only. Even large items are not being home delivered.

Very bad service in Chennai Palikarna branch. They don't even answer the call neither the delivery is on time which they hold for three days when the courier reaches to them.
