It’s been 2 days and my parcel from gurgaon to delhi has not been delivered

The worst and the most pathetic service available in the world. I have been informed that my courier will be delivered in 2days if I choose Express Delivery through Air but when i tracked my shipment i found out it hasn't started yet. Tried customer care, for more than 15mins they put in hold and disconnected the call. Actually they deserve No-Stars. #dont trust DTDC #dont choose DTDC.

Worst service. As usual, this time too, delivery shown made without delivering the item. No response from DTDC since yesterday. Pathetic

Tracking ID : Z31049041 Consignment is not delivered but update status as delivered on 20th Oct, 2023 but the same is not delivered, lastly I have visited IFFCO office to collect the parcel on 27th Oct, 2023 at 8:45PM.
