Very very bad dtdc Service i am facing the problem 4th time never deliver on time dont use dtdc this is my last time

Time taking. Too much late.

I sent some documents to West Bengal . Even after 4 days the parcel did not reach destination. When contacted customer care number some body came on line and after searching it’s location he said the item is not delivered due to wrong PIN code. For correcting the PIN code I need to pay Rs.2/- (Rs.Two only) on line through a link sent by them. I sensed something is wrong and disconnected the telephone. Horrible Currior service. Asking Two Rupees is a total fraud to get access to our account details. Never to use DTDC service. How poor is the management why they are not taking any action. If this continues they may have to shut down their shop sooner than later.

Worst courier service in the world, I order a parcel on 21/10/2023, seller handover the parcel same day but till now my parcel did not receive, when I track the parcel D77428493 it shows it's in bhiwandi , the parcel booked from Mumbai and in 6 days it's reached to bhiwandi, wah Whats a speed ?

Worst ever service, if only I had an option of negative rating I would have chosen it. We are a small business. Always our parcel gets stuck up and never receive in time, we have to go to office and fight with them and pick up the parcel ourselves. Have lost a lot of business because of them. By the way ,our location for DTDC is chamarajpet office, bangalore. Concerned officials please take strict action. They simply send message stating customer requested another date, door locked, etc which is all fabricated. Fed up off their behaviour. Manager does not pick calls at all.
