Received msg that parcel is delivered however I haven't receive the parcel...

Sorry to tell that the parcel sent vide DTDC DOCKET NO.Z30979313 is not received by us. When contacted customer service they are asking me Rs.2 for updating the address. I don't know what to tell. Kindly deliver the parcel immediately to Venus Builders, Preetham Complex, No.6. Teachers colony, Bagalur Main Road. Hosur 635109.

Worst company and services. Never in time. Sometimes never delivered. No updates. The most worst customer support. Better avoid

You people didn't attempted the delivery at all but giving wrong information and returned my parcell I didn't even got any calls saying any address issue , I given the same address for all my online shopping I never got such a experience atleast those people Wil cal but u people didn't tried calling also

The worst courier I have ever seen

Extremely unsatisfied. It has been 7 days still parcel not received instead of selecting Air parcel service. Because of so much delay I am paying extra amount.
