One of the worst courier service experience I have ever been they didn't deliver my parcel nor they have call me up yet i don't know wer is my order placed courier is

Its the worst for god sake i gave the man my parcel to send it airway and he given cost me more than usual and then he sent it with car which made me so mad and it still have not reached the destination thus it deserves zero star for fraud.

I have booked a parcel from Nellore to Saroor Nagar Hyd under AWB H79528736 on 2/9/24. Even after five days it is not delivered. The tracking history says it is being taken all over hyderabad. Karmanghat to Uppal to Nagole to shamshabad to Banjar Hills to back to Nagole again. God only knows when it will be delivered.?

Hopeless tracking application. They do not update it on a regular basis. Whats then is the use of tracking our parcel. Probably, they have recruited useless fellows who just want salary without doing nothing. No work ethics.

The agent is rude and after one call if do not pick up immediately he says he won’t deliver. I called back in 2 min

How many days needs to deliver the parcel to customer. Already u days gone. Still not delivering the parcel. To bad service.
