Delivery agents are very very rude & asking extra money to deliver parcel to the 3rd floor and that is not enough i complaint against him for the 6 times still they said please wait for 24 hours as usual they said on the 1st call this is so irritating. Very disappointed with the service

My delivery date is 6 September but delivery do not attempt any type of delivery process …..and shows a false detail of contact from me. I repeatedly requested six times for delivery on time but response was not good or satisfied.And still I don’t get my parcel.
