Worst service ever

My parcel has not reached at my address. Tracking shows parcel delivered at Hazaribagh, which is not real destination as per address written on parcel.

Document booked on 3/9/24 at 10 AM by cash but still not locating place process. It is pathetic. This is an urgent document. Document booked for Meerut address

It's pathetic. Delivery to just 40km in the same town takes 1 week to reach. I will never attempt next time with DTDC.

Worst service for DTDC. Don't use this service again.

Sent sweet through DTDC ,1 week over, not yet received for domestic.imagine what has happened to poor sweet. Worst ever service

Worst service....it takes nearly 3 days time to reach parcel from bangalore to mysore.....very worst

I placed an order on August 30th, and as of now, I have yet to receive it. What’s more concerning is that there has been no update on the shipment status since September 1st, making it seem as though my order has been forgotten.

Pathetic courier service. They promised that by today they deliver my parcel still not receive. Unprofessional customer care service.

Worst courier service ever.... I didn't even have my persel but it shows that it's in the nearest franchise

This foul courier sevice is absolutely useless. I wanted my courier on an urgent base but its 4th day running, still it has noy been delivered and showing still in transit. How ling a courier will take reach from kolkata to raipur?? Nonsense..!!! It's not even worthy giving a 1star..!!!

Very late delivery after paying charges for faster one, take more time than road transport, don't use this type of service

Very bad service. My order return to marchant. They can't deliver order at doorstep. Always you need to go there office
