If we send any document through DTDC in emergency Basis...it will reach completion after work...waste

Maximum charges, poor service.

Very worst service

Not delivering parcels on time. Delaying even after a week sending SMS stating out for delivery and then not showing up.

Very bad people on front desk who do not respond to calls and if they do talk badly to customers.

Courier yet not received booked on 30/8/24 at hyderabad

Worst service which I have experienced so far. DTDC charged me for speed post and had sent it via lite. It's been a week and yet the parcel has not arrived at the destination Would not recommend this service.. Note to DTDC: If u can't maintain customer trust,please don't beg professionally by charging extra amount from the customers.

I've used DTDC for courier despatch from B'lore to Mumbai about 10 times and twice to Mumbai (past 18 months). Each time delivery has happened in 48 hrs and tracking is also easy. My brother has returned courier from Mumbai to B'lore, from another reputed courier agency and it takes 3 to 4 days. I've asked him to move to DTDC

Can't receive my parcel even when the parcel come to my state no phone call and it's second day still parcel stay at my state not even delivered to me home and a single phone call dailed to me I don't even like to rate this app or there service

Waiting from 15 days.. Haven't received my parcel yet.. Worst service... I don't understand why they even exist
