Don't use this app

Don't even think DTDC courier if you plan to send any parcel, better go with postal. This courier comp will not deliver your parcel even if you wait for 10 to 15 days. 0 star for this service

Worst courier service. Instead of sending parcel via DTDC courier better go with Post office delivery. Worst delivery experience by DTDC courier. It is been 6 days now the parcel is not yet delivered. Worst tracking experience and worst customer service. You will not get any update from them and no contact number to track the shipment.

Delivery is fast and safe

Still haven't received my parcel......but the app shows out for delivery and they didn't call me when they reached my nearest location... worst service ever

In Athani 638502 Erode District, DTDC office people said that, they won't deliver the parcel to the customer address. Customer will come and pickup their parcel. Then what is meaning by Courier?

I have booked my parcel for my daughter as she is in hostel by paying urgent delivery charges, they have committed on last Monday and today is Wednesday, still she is waiting. Parcel starts from surat to pune. Worst; will never use dtdc

Worst experience with DTDC. There's no update on the tracking site. The delivery man was absolutely ill-mannered and he refused to deliver the parcel on the given address. He also threatened us that do what you can the parcel will now not be delivered at all. I have raised a complaint at the DTDC head office. Waiting to know what action will be taken against the mannerless man. This is the last service I have taken from DTDC. I will recommend everyone to not take any service from them. This company deserves to shutdown.

Not able to track our parcel for a long time

Worst service. Anywhere in tamilnadu it will take four days. Imagine outside tamilnadu. They always say ordinary or plus. Ordinary is 100 rs and plus is 300 rs. They will coolly say if it is ordinary means it will take time. Professional courier charges 100 and deliver next day.

Tracking system is completely broken & all they can do is crack jokes while you wait for a response! Ultimately, zero result after adding tracking number. Pathetic
