one of the worst courier service.my parcel was damaged and they didn't initiate the refund also.moreover their staff behaviour is soo rude in some of their branch and they didn't take the responsibility for the damage of my parcel

Worst courier company i dont know why online companies collaborate with them.. they have pathetic service n they dont deliver u product n then msg u it’s s delivered to family member.. i have faced this issue 3-4 times Indont even deserve 1 star It should be in - for u

My parcel got hold after paying 600 rupees and the agencies are also dumb they can’t talk even properly

It's worst experience. It took more than 10 days to receive one fastag in DTDC courier. The worst thing is no dates mentioned in tracking when I tried to know when the fastag was couriered by ICICI.
