Very slow and bad service.

Don’t call the customer support number all Are hackers plz don’t follow their instructions

Very worst service is providing. Booked my product a week ago, still the parcel is on the way at the same time my courier through Indian post office has also delivered within 4 days with a least amount as booking charge

I always had worst experience with DTDC worst ever courier service I request sender not to choose dtdc

Worst service i had ever seen i my life its almost 5 days since my parcel was in transit.no response from customer care.

My husband called on customer care number, except helping us customer care person started abusing as , on customer care number we are finding normal no , except good service we get abused , very bad.

Worst service.... My parcel is not being delivered since 10 days. When I tried to contact, I m getting some personal mobile no, and when I called , that person asked me to download some documents sent to me on WhatsApp and when I tried to download it, I m warned that there might be some risk in doing so. Also, when I called the person, true' caller showed that it might be fraud. So disappointed with the service
