These people are providing the worst services. Even after the passage of one week they are unable to locate my parcel.

Worst courier service. Instead of sending parcel via DTDC courier better go with Post office delivery. Worst delivery experience by DTDC courier. It is been 6 days now the parcel is not yet delivered. Worst tracking experience and worst customer service. You will not get any update from them and no contact number to track the shipment.
