Very bad service by DTDC

Very pathetic service, I have couriered a latter from Kandivali to Vikroli (hardly 25 km). Even after 7 days courier is not delivered. Done all think i.e. raise helpdesk ticket, email to management but no use. Dont use DTDC service. I want to give zero rating but that option is not available. Dont waste time, money and efforts. I think post office or Vichare (local) courier is best.

One of the worst service provider. I never &ever meet this kind of service from any service provider. From coimbatore to Chennai,took three days,still not received the cover. No proper response from any one of their office staffs. Everyone washing their hands. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER EVER.

Worst service ever. Was waiting for parcel at home and gave a reason stating that no one was at home to receive the product and now the product will be delivered post Diwali. Because of such delivery service the seller review gets affected..also poor customer call service

It is absolutely rubbish, I used it, it is very cheap, of no use, don't waste money, these people just put some liquid in it which is of no use
