Very bad service, 10day ago kolkata to pune charge and today same place same parcel to pune 100extra charges, why dtdc?

Very poor service Their tracking site is also fake I booked from prayagraj to Saharanpur when after long time not receiving my parcel I tried to track it they gave false information as delivered to Ludhiana

Total bad service

Why should we pay 5 rs for registration of complaint , no response in transit till now

Worst service for a domestic courier docket to jaipur shamless folks showing it as a parcel from uk to ludhiana and it is delivered. Have a strong inlinking that they are into something illegal as well.

DTDC is the most horrible courier service. Never ever use it. It is collaborating with fraudsters who will ask you to update the address and send a link and pay Rs. 5 charge. If you click, you will be repenting Because you will be a victim of bank fraud

The most unreliable courier service in India where all the franchises are unreachable and your package will never be delivered in time. When you track your package, it will show Out for Delivery but whole day and night you wait for it and it will not be coming. There is no one with whom you can contact for any grievances. I have experienced it in Patna.My package A53093579 was shown "Out for Delivery " and the contact number given by customer care of DTDC Sherpur. I tried to contact him for at least 50 times, sent message, called on WhatsApp and sent messages but of no avail. I am really worried about whether I will receive it or not.

This service is not good, many people have been cheated, this side is a fraud side. So I have booked the order since 10 days and it has not arrived yet. Complaint will have to be given in this cyber crime Have to file a complaint want worst service Do not visit this site

Very bad service at that time, we can't recd my parcel which is dispatched was 25/10/2024 from Delhi. The Docket no is T29839883
