Very very Pathetic service please don't use DTDC at all , there are fake callers of DTDC they call us and say your address is not updated I will send you a link pay 5/- on that link and if we do so our will be empty, so guys please don't use DTDC at all , customer care service don't have manners to talk , they give false hope that your parcel will reach in 1 day and after that you don't know where is your parcel , Pathetic Pathetic service Of DTDC , DONT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE AT ALL.

Worst service . Cannot track courier which local franchise that I can pick from office atleast . Online tracking shows that it is in London …

Dont contact they are fraud they ll say that they ll upload online request and ur pin ll be changed

WTF....on 24th Oct it was dispatched from my township and on 25 oct it's showing parcel delivered to Ludhiana....since the parcel was sent to Arunachal Pradesh.

Horrible , horrible, horrible service . DTDC took 8 days to deliver via courier but till date hasn’t delivered. Why do we send our parcels through courier service ? So that it reaches to the other person asap but this courier service means delay, late & horrible.

Order was placed on 22 September. The status shows as order delivered in Ludhiana branch on 9th September. Just now I received that the order is out for delivery. Please let me know the status
