Very very Pathetic service please don't use DTDC at all , there are fake callers of DTDC they call us and say your address is not updated I will send you a link pay 5/- on that link and if we do so our will be empty, so guys please don't use DTDC at all , customer care service don't have manners to talk , they give false hope that your parcel will reach in 1 day and after that you don't know where is your parcel , Pathetic Pathetic service Of DTDC , DONT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE AT ALL.

Courier booked on 20tb October from Patanjali Haridwar. Tracking shows parcel delivered at Ludhiiyan branch, whereas I got sms from dtdc that parcel is out for delivery, just now. Please clarify

Worst courier service. Patanjali should not use their service.. Without delivering they call and say that i rejected their delivery. Fraud and cheat
