Tracking the courier by its consignment number for a courier, to Kolkata from Bangalore shows Delivered from Ludhiana to London. How much more ridiculous can it get

Same tracking number was given to multiple persons and it shows delivered but not yet delivered... Tracking system is also worst...Last time they delivered to a nearby house and they didn't informed us ...After so many calls tracing for our parcel...we found out it was given to the our nearby house...worst...

Useless service... Before dtdc was known for its prompt delivery now..they cheat.. same tracking number given to multiple people and tho courier not delivered in tracker it shows delivered...NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.. ALL PARCELS ARE UNSAFE WITH THEM

Express Parcel not delivered to correct address. Delhi courier party rude and unhelpful in solving issue. Has created huge problem on our end as receiving party is leaving the country without this shipment. This makes DTDC an unreliable courier

I was comited for premium deliver but 3 day delay as per commitment
