I have ordered my parcel 6 days before but still you are showing the parcel was in rajkot branch still today's date when you are going to deliver just update the delivery date

One of the worst courier service because they can not attempt for delivery but update the status as refuse to receive,I was amazed that prepaid order is refuse to receive by some one but not know the name of the receiver.
