Worst service...they took the price of express premium delivery with a promise that the parcel will be delivered by Rakhi but it reached two days after rakhi and that too after complaining about the same..the lady at the dtdc office simply said that she forgot to dispatch it. I mean really???is this your premium delivery?

With reference to tracking number D85755629, The courier sent to me on Rakhi with correct address but wrong mobile number mentioned has not reached to me. After receiving tracking number before Rakhi and repeatative conservation, it has not reached. Because they will not come to your address. They will not re-check the correct number from sende. They will not attend call. They will make all excuses. They will make you realise that it’s your fault not dtdc mistake. They are not ready to improve services. There are ways if somebody has by mistake written Mobil number wrong. Our old postman was very good and system was excellent where no Mobil number was required to deliver the post on time. The interaction with staff was worst. Excuses were silly. Do not use their services. Beware

Worse service I paid fast delivery charges suppose to delivery in 2 days where Till 5 th day they not been delivered it was from delhi to barsana kosi kalan dtdc said will not deliver once due to rain once its far from us ..then y the hell they opened dtdc at kosi .....from here dtdc office ppl also paid extra to kosi branch ppl to deliver my parcel ....this is really ridiculous......dtdc head office should listen to customer and resolve the late delivery situation.....after paying extra too they took 5 days and that too dtdc delhi office ppl gave money that's y otherwise they had excuses

Wrost service in courier rakhi on 15 August from Agra to ghaziabad till 19 August didn't deliver.after contacting the personal they told to pay 2 rupees online,what is this,I have already paid rupees 120 in advance,now I am going to consumer court tomorrow.
