Worst service. A parcel has come for me from Ambattur Mannurpet branch. Last 3 days the tracker shows taken for delivery. But not even a single day the delivery boy has come to my location to deliver or contact me over mobile. Midnight everyday I am receiving a message. Ist day person was not available. 2nd day the customer has requested for delivery on another day and yesterday midnight another sms saying taken for delivery but customer not available.i do not know now how to get the parcel since the delivery boy also doesnot pickup the call.

The most worst service. No right time delivery, nobody responding. Chennai to Hyderabad too 7 days, still not received the parcel. "0" review only.

I go in person to collect my order. They just lie there unattended

The employee of DTDC COURIER COMPANY Not doing there work properly I done 3 courier on 08,09,10 August 2024 I paid for 3couriers but they combined the all 3couriers and despatch on 11/August/2024 totally waste service

Worst service. I booked the parcel by Air. But they sent by surface. It is not acceptable

No one has turned up for delivering the medicine till 10th August,2024 morning couriered from Delhi on 31.7.2924
