I have ordered a parcel of 5000 rupees and I didn't get it and they have marked it as delivered I don't think so this is trustworthy

4 to 5 days over still not delivered..

I had a very bad experience, my parcel didn't arrive on time. Employees also did not cooperate on the call.worst courier service

Worst Service As my status say Out for delivery with in seconds it have been changed to customer has been declined but as I didn't get the call from any one of the agent and they say you can pick the order from the main branch and also I have flight at 8 later I went on my own get the order picked by self as this has been worst experience I have ever faced

Service is gud. On time

This is Worst ever courier service they made the parcel completely spoiled they rearranged the inside items as worst as they can I sent from imphal to Calcutta and I complaint several times but no used at all and they charged the highest rate ever completely hopeless service they provided

One of the worst courier, very poor service,play fool with customer, take customer for ride, plz plz avoid this courier.

My medicine package was not delivered saying wrong address where as I have given my society name which is on Google and address was correct on the parcel and I got Faridabad dtdc branch manager phone number which is 9986410198 his name is Dhirendra I dropped text massage WhatsApp massage and approx more then 50 calls he did not any courtesy to reply back to me how company is hiring such a I'll response person if I would not have this parcel I would have given fir against them because it had kidney transplant life saving medicine which patient has to take it on time otherwise he or she can again have kidney damage any these person are not responsible at all and not capable to be in that of a branch head position

Very Poor Service I have ever experienced Parcel booked on 18.08.2024 and still not delivered on 24.08.2024 and no one is concerned about delivery

Idiotic people not responding after calling 100 times after booking i only went and took the parcel they are telling new branch 2000 parcels pending to give from 1 month
