Worst Ever service by a courier co.I had booked a parcel(R83346641) on 25/07/24 to Coimbatore which they told will reach there on the third day.As there is no information,the consignee contacted the Coimbatore office in person and found that the parcel reached there on 27th itself but there is no attempt made for delivery for three days.As such a major portion of the contents became unusable.Never depend on such irresponsible courier cos. to send your parcels.

Status is delivered yesterday but not received till now

Worst service ever, I don't know what your employees are doing from last 3 days, my parcel has been showing that it's out for delivery, still have not gotten my parcel.... People are insane these days !!!

Pathetic service . My parcel is at my nearest location still they are not delivering since last six days .. I have lodged complaint but no action .. postal service is better than this ..

Very poor service

When I track my status.... shows that it's delivered on 15 july 2024... but I didn't received my courier... nearly 15 days.... no update nothing. .... worst service

Worst courier service I have come across. Last 2 days it’s showing received at destination but not delivered yet. No means of communication with DTDC
