Very bad service

Hi I am from defence services. I booked a parcel through DTDC on 22 July for banglore and delivery was promised by 26 July. The website showed the parcel in banglore area since 27 July however they have not delivered it till date. I have contacted their worst customer care thrice where they gave fake assistance of delivering it immediately. The website also showed that the receiver refused to accept the partial which was a complete lie. I have even complained through chatboard but that is also not working. The parcel contains very urgent documents and same has been explained to their customer care reps time and again. It is the worst courier service. Even now they are not taking any action. Very poor service, my parcel status has been updated to delivered but I haven’t received my order . Never going to use Dtdc again

The parcel was delivered quickly. There wasn't any delay. The delivery boy was polite and well mannered.

Very slow and 3rd class service. They hold my important documents for 4 days unnecessary.

Useless courier company. Very casual approach. No seriousness in handling customer consignments.Tracking as well as customer care center are not helpful.

It takes 48 hours to deliver from Chennai City to Bangalore City.. Should it not be next day delivery....Then why courier at all ...Regular Indian Govt postal service should suffice for delivery of letters and covers.

Very bad service, parcel sent on 20th July till didn't receive the parcel.

The worst courier I have seen, the small and new company are better than these idiots, no one will take responsibility, there is a small envelope come from Mumbai on 2 nd June till date they were unable to deliver that , think it's better to wind-up their business, or start newly with new staff, Banjara Hills branch people are very irresponsible, as if they are doing free service,

The most worst service by any courier company. If you pay extra for xpress way to send your courier fast they don’t deliver it on time . I will never recommend such a worst service by any other courier service.

Irresponsible team, never depend them for your courier needs.
