Very bad service, my parcel is near me since four days, I have been calling for four days, they do not give the same answer, they do not give the phone number of the nearest branch, they do not give delivery.

Very bad service. Totally confused system and staff. Better to avoid these guys!

DTDC Cheerakavu,Ezhukone service very bad .Door delivery facility not available there.but DTDC cut more amount for it.In customer satisfaction survey I give very very bad star for this centre

Very poor service

my parcel has been stuck in dharapur apex from 24th june'24 till date july 10'24..when am i going to receive my parcel??? very poor service.. better to raise a complaint of these people who unable to get their work done

The service is not good and charges high taking very much time to delevery so I m not satisfied for DTDC courier
