I have booked a consignment to be delivered at surat on 12/7/2024 from Mulund by paying extra 300 for delivery to be done on next day ie 13/7/2024.... However while tracking the same from your website .... i found that the consignment is still at Mumbai Sakinaka ....: This is pathetic service by Dtdc if i am paying extra amount for the delivery to be done on next day as the ur instructions .... That it should have been done .....I therefore request to return my extra amount paid

I don't want to give them even a single Star, at 11 July I given them parcel in office, they charged 580 rs for fastest Delivery of 3 days but Today 13 July it is not reached to the location. How so shameless people are there in this agency, if can't give proper service,why charge this much. They are theif.

I have recieved the parcel in a good way without any damage

Poor Service. They don't want to deliver the shipment to your doorstep. Instead they want us to collect it from their branch after lot of follow ups

Worst people hired in dtdc.. Worst courier service.. Name is spoilt like anything..hire people who knows how to talk.. Have placed a delivery on 11th july to surat to hyd in urgent.till now it is not even sent ..stupid people..give my money back....

It's been 13 days i.e 1st July I have given letter to courier, still not delivered, Never go for dtdc courier. No response from local franchise

My previous experiences have been bad. I have used them two times and both times I receive box in damaged condition. Articles were broken inside and some things were missing.

Awful and unprofessional courier company, when we send a parcel on priority we trust the company and its services but DTDC never fails to disappoint you. Poor service!! Zero starts for this!
