Very bed service

I'll not give a single star too late service, no recommend to anyone

Hi, I was expecting a delivery from Amazon. I found a number 9123818251 for my tracking id from DTDC site. The guy who answered asked me to choose my preferred language and said my call will be forwarded but then it got disconnected immediately. A few minutes later I received a call from 7520378045 and this guy asked me for my tracking number and sent me an app through whatsapp to install it for updating address. When I tried to install it my AntiVirus cautioned me not to install and then he asked me to transfer Rs.2 to update address on behalf of me which I found to be very fishy. I am still wondering if this is a scam or really a process in DTDC courier services.

Don’t trust them..I ordered on 1st of July and today 15th July I didn’t even received my parcel. They didn’t even respond to my calls and messages. The least worst page I have ordered that’s it I can say

Very bad experience with DTDC my shipment not delivered after 12 days very bad service and management

I have booked one parcel at Vizianagaram (AP) on10-7-2024 vide Receipt No D30313012, The parcel not yet delivered at Bangalore City even after completing 4 days.we do not know when it will be delivered. I am not satisfied with the service of DTDC

They're very good at collecting parcel promising 2-3 days but I'll have to always call them just to hear same details we already get by tracking and many times it's mis routed to delay further weather it's rainy season or dry. And even after reading all this reviews they won't improve as they don't have to return a single penny to customers.

Unable to track......worst experience

DTDC is a pathetic courier service. They update fake status on the tracking site. I sent a courier on 10-Jul was supposed to reach destination on 13-Jul. It's still not reached there, on 14th. And status says it's delivered. When called destination office they are saying delivery person updated status just like that. It not delivered and will be delivered on 14th, which is still not delivered. Very unprofessional and pathetic service. And they charge heavily for such third class behaviour and service. Never ever use DTDC courier.

Dtdc courier service is very bad I will not give single star also this services very bad the courier services start after 10 also? Courier boy didn't call us then also they are telling we are calling you didn't receive the call & your number is not update very very bad service

AWB No: 7D5415234 my delivery was supposed to be yesterday,, but no information from them... Better switch to other alternatives.

Worst experience it has been mire than 1 month still it was not picked up

Poor Service. They don't want to deliver the shipment to your doorstep. Instead they want us to collect it from their branch after lot of follow ups
