Why don't they show the whole parcel route like other logistics. After the parcel reaches the hub it keeps showing in transit. Better to show details.

One of the worst, more than a worst delivery/courier service i have ever encountered in my life. They charged a hefty amount and their service is the lowest, i will never in my life going to use dtdc service ever. Soon i will be complaining about the working style of dtdc and the way they are exploiting the customers to the consumer's court. And a kind request to everyone don't use this service tell you friends and family as well. We the public should unite and shut this down. It's been 10 days yet i haven't recieved my parcel.

The worst service ever seen by me

I was wondering how come DTDC got such poor ratings up till I myself experience the same, after two days, on tracker it showing my documents are still lying at Garia .. Pathetic service

Pathetic service, my parcel reach hello and now sold back to Vada. I don’t understand this tracking system very poor service.

I did not have recieve my parcel.. By air parcel did not arrived after 3 days..

They are running a scam...they will not deliever the parcel and then ask for 5 rs for registration if you inquire about parcel...then will send u APK file...ask you to download...after downloading will ask you a transaction of 5 Rs by internet banking..and you hard earned money will be gone

Very poor service at Hazaribagh Jharkhand. Many times they have not delivered my consignment. God help them. Zero star.
