Very bad experience, product not delivered its 11 days lapse .. not proper customer service. Delivery boy said you require to mention your address further ..and they charge extra money to buyer .. i had already pay delivery charges to seller.. the delivery boy not receiving phone call its phone number +91 90606 31894. .. mo customer service properly.. worst experience , very bad dtdc.. Very bad service and maximum time for delivery so I didn't not like this courier service.

Address clearly mention, if any concern can call mobile which has been provided, simply closed with address not clear? Boss were in 2024 every body is having mobile, in case of any challenges they can call and sever right!

Worst courier service,as parcal delivery boy is not come stil message that your parcal will not be delever due to incomplete address ,even when we call for help line number for address of warehouse,they provide it wrongly and ask for further payment to deliver the parcel ,it's more than 7 days ,after that collect parcal to myself
