Very very bad service. They don't have wider coverage area. and the bad thing is inspite of having no coverage they take delivery order on that area and hold your parcel for a long time. The customer service is also third class. No one is replying the call and don't expect to get any reply from them. Rubbish...

My courier reached on time

The service is very poor and they tell a lot of lies. I want to tell everyone that no one should use DTDC service. Number 1 poor service.

Items inside the parcel got damaged and were found to be broken after unboxing and successful delivery. Such a poor service. This is not at all acceptable.

I have received my package in 3 days, inside the package there were my degree certificates so they arrived in a very bad condition it was all smashed, they don’t take proper care of documents
