As long as I am compared with Last 2 years the quality of Ecom services have been increased a lot, but still they have focus more rather than delaying the delivery. Most probably their service might be faster in Gudallur area. However the other near by areas like Aththikunnu, Chelakunnu, Uppatty, Nelliyalam, kunnalady ..etc.. They have to focus on more and more than what they're talking about it, so I can just only say 2/5..
