The service of eCom Express leaves a lot to be given a good rating. As per tracking records, my parcel was lying in a nearby warehouse for 2 whole days before finally being delivered today evening. High time you discontinued ECom Express services as their services are substandard, at best.

No class or grade can be given. After ten days the parcel is not delivered.
