Invoice no 3285866801 dt 03.03.2024, Live Plants from Kolkata to Lucknow still not recached 7.03.24 customer care response very bad n they r saying address not update, in case of damaged plant Ecom express will be solely responsible n plants money n courier charges will be refunded , Worst service n worst Custmer care response
