Absolutely terrible disgusting service very slow

Don’t even use Fastway Very bad severed and slow This company is the worst company I ever seeThey should close the company

parcel was meant to be delivered in Adelaide but was delivered in nsw

I would give zero stars but one is the minimum. Hands down the worst delivery company in existence.

Terrible service, slow to answer phone calls,slow delivery avoid at all cost.

Will be better to make it zero start,the most unreliable courier in world I have never experienced worse than them.

No tracking given. Waiting 2 weeks for delivery.

More then a week and no update on the tracking from being picked up . Slow and unacceptable

The item was posted on the 9th from Sydney and I received a damaged item on the 22nd in Sydney. Not good enough. Pathetic service Tnt picked up a parcel from my place on Monday in Sydney at 5pm and they had delivered to Goulburn next day by 4pm.

So slow been a week and still no sign of my parcel from Sydney when I use to drive for transtar doing fastways use to get things in between 2-3 days and trucks leave Sydney everyday use to recomen them to every 1 now I wouldn't recommend to slow Aussie post from Melbourne is quicker shame

Had 5 boxes on one consignment only 3 turned up, the next day one of the other boxes arrived and I’m still waiting on the other!! Customer service is useless cannot speak with anyone or get a personalized response it’s all generic and clearly no one at Fastway really gives a toss!

Parcel is clearly marked as "No Contactless delivery, No authority to leave", yet it was left out the front of my door and no notification of delivery was made. Not even a knock on the door or doorbell ring. But hey, it's not you're $1000 order, why would you care ..

Parcel not delivered and they don't seem to care.
