  • Not happy with service I have had problem with courier sayib. He tried to deliver when I know I was home and now Wont redeliver my pracel and I've called fastway office like four times .courier won't answer he's phone so I don't think my pracel will be redelivered fingers crossed

  • even though the delivery time was very good the way it was actually deliveres to my home has me worried. the courier literally threw a small box wrapped in nothing but a plastic delivery bag directly onto concrete, if it wasn't a breakable item i wouldnt be too worried but this package contained a small monitor for my car. i have notified the person who hired the delivery service so they themselves can deal with the situation if the item is broken once installed.

  • This is an absolutely terrible service. My packages don't come to me I've been messed around with calling cards countless times. And there is no information as to where the collection point is if you can't have it directly delivered.

  • Package was due 21st April, but finally received it today 26th. It was delivered yesterday, but no one knocked on the door, so I went searching for them after checking the tracker. I live in a block of units in a bad area, so I’m really glad no one stole them.

  • Sendle tracking is horrible. But I've never had any issues with my Fastway or Aramex couriers
