I hate getting parcels from these guys! Always late I just tracked a parcel and it's not been updated since 4 June it's now 15 June. Have always had problems when getting deliveries from these guys I could go on and on!

Never attempt to deliver to our apartment always leave collection card which means we have to drive 25min each way to pick up not happy

They’ve Don’t Honour the insurance that they promote in marketing hype, Even if they admit that they have lost the parcel

Once your parcel is picked up it drops into a black pit. No information available until they decide to deliver it usually a week or two later than expected.

No faster than Australia post.

Waste of time tracking parcel only tells me it was picked up two days ago

My parcel has sat in melbourne since friday still in melbourne not moved You can not contact fastway. As to when the parcel will be delivered who knows. As the parcel is so late ive gonecto my local shop to purchase item Before i order anythinv else on line i will ask who the courior is Id rather buy local pay more than have the hassle of fastway should be called SNAIL WAY

Never got my parcel even though it is showing as delivered

I found a piece of paper from you in my post mail, no phone number no any information & instruction about you & also about my parcel and now I check you say your parcel is returned back, how is this? I found this paper on Friday night , Monday and today you say is return back, look I pay for your service $37,50 USD , you have to bring my items back and why’s you didn’t call me? Why I registered my number
