Sloppy, very sloppy...thought AusPost was i competent, thought wrong!

Can’t deliver anything. Can’t find addresses. No easy way to contact. Why does Amazon use them?

Been waiting almost a month for an order that says it’s in Melbourne and hasn’t moved from there since

Always at least a week late

Get a lot of items delivered. The last three, only one was delivered to my address. One, a $300 bed, was dropped off at SAMUEL, instead of SANDRA CT. luckily, my daughter and theirs go to school together, and theyre honest. Not good enough, and has happened multiple times.

Tracker is useless if it has no forecast delivery date.

The driver did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. We heard him arrive and then he put the note in the front door and left again. Poor service !!

Very disappointed. Lost my first parcel and we're a week late with my replacement.

I've recieved three parcels from aus post that I have ordered after this item

If I could leave a minus rating I would. I’ve had three orders through them and none have arrived. It’s cost me thousands. Never deal with a vendor if they use this company.
