  • Had a consignment p/u 17/01 Melb del 22/01 excellent service Ian in Launceston depot said it would arrive Launceston pm 21/01 due to Spirit doing day sailings at the moment it arrived 9.13 am with me 22/01/2020.Could not fault service.Frank

  • No stars for a courier who could not even get out of his car, never mind deliver a parcel where two people were resident and could easily have taken the delivery. Now we are required to wait until you decide where our parcel is being held currently. "Fastway Couriers?" Is this a joke name? This parcel has been in Perth since 16th Jan...today in Perth is 21st Jan. Do not expect complimentary feedback for incompetence and outright laziness. One star because your greedy feedback will not accept a message without stars. With this lack of service, perhaps you need to enter a special category of no stars routinely, as others may follow.

  • Very slow delivery with no updates or help at all, item was in transit 10 days ago no further updates and no sign of package, even Australia post can get items delivered within 3 days from same suburb

  • Extremely limited tracking information. "Picked up by one of our couriers" on Tuesday and no further updates by Saturday. Calling it detailed tracking info is laughable.

  • 11 days so far and counting for a small parcel Sydney to Adelaide, Certainly not a courier service that charges accordingly. Aust post would have been cheaper, much more reliable and quicker. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed in business - this is one of them Find anyone else but don’t use this firm.

  • The package was said to be delivered 3 times, twice as no one available to sign for - this was untrue as it was a business and staff were available to accept delivery. The final delivery was left on the footpath with 10 other packages 2 buildings down from mine, in the middle of Sydney CBD!! In addition it was marked as delivered and signed for. Lucky I had colleagues on the look out for it and they rescued my parcel. Amazon, stop using Fastway in Sydney for deliveries.
