Only delivered one half of a post hole digger, now i have a useless machine, thanks Fastway couriers.

This company should not exist in our planet?

Worst couriers I’ve come across. Not only did they get caught out lying about delivery but it’s happened again. Unfortunately for the seller I won’t be purchasing again as long as there using Fastway Couriers.

Utterly horrendous. Their 1 star rating says it all.

Fastway regularly perform below their published guidelines and show no sense of accountability. This week I’m on an interstate sales visit that has taken 2 weeks to organise and my sales samples haven’t arrived. For the second time in succession! They will offer no explanation, no apology, no attempt to get it right next time.

Been home every delivery yet carded to collect no adress for collection point referral number nothing. Useless drivers

No customer service..chasing package. Weeks late . Trying to redirect package on internet .fail.

Not being informed about delivery; no card left; parcel sent back to sender

In the last 6 months I have had several of my parcels sent to Mackay & Sunshine Coast instead of Hervey Bay. Users to be a great way of having parcels sent to my business, but have really gone to the pack now. Very unreliable

I have been on your site all day still do not know where my parcel is...why is there no phone number so I can contact you??

Very bad service can not u understand how they can get deliveries from Melbourne to me and cant get deliveries only 45 minutes away from me take 3 working days.

Fast way are the slowest couriers in Australia I purchased products from the USA and from Sydney at the same time delivered to Brisbane and received the USA product a week earlier than the product from the USA. products were the same.

Had a consignment p/u 17/01 Melb del 22/01 excellent service Ian in Launceston depot said it would arrive Launceston pm 21/01 due to Spirit doing day sailings at the moment it arrived 9.13 am with me 22/01/2020.Could not fault service.Frank

Never make contact and never leave a message. Where is the Melbourne depot??? I believe you have a parcel for me!!

Stupid courier service you have to go in and find your tracking number try and to find where your deliveries is ,Avoid this company at all costs
