Not impressed with lack of tracking on a tracked parcel. Parcel due Tuesday still waiting with no idea where it is on Saturday. It may be Christmas but surely one could expect that it would be busy and prepare for this.

Been waiting for my parcel for a month now! Said it was meant to be here a week ago Still says it is in transit. Poor customer service also. Try to call and it goes straight to voice mail.

No customer service, no delivery, no update on tracking, no reply to customer, Worst courier around. Give 1 star because they exist and it doesn't let you leave zero. Recommend sellers don't use
