Frigging shocking. Lost parcels and late parcels.

Always deliver late. very unreliable

Not impressed with lack of tracking on a tracked parcel. Parcel due Tuesday still waiting with no idea where it is on Saturday. It may be Christmas but surely one could expect that it would be busy and prepare for this.

Said they had been to my place with a calling card... never seen them or the card ended up getting a refund not happy

My package has been in transit for 10 days now No update no package Useless

I have not used a worse Courier service.

Not enough communication. i called on the phone and waited 25 minutes. Number 23 on the waiting list for service. Still have not got the parcel.

More like slow way.

Been waiting for my parcel for a month now! Said it was meant to be here a week ago Still says it is in transit. Poor customer service also. Try to call and it goes straight to voice mail.

Never has a company been the exact opposite to their name more than "Fastway" I have never had a good quick service from them.

No customer service, no delivery, no update on tracking, no reply to customer, Worst courier around. Give 1 star because they exist and it doesn't let you leave zero. Recommend sellers don't use

Terrible. Parcel was not delivered as stated. No information or instruction on how to track it down.

slack delivery time! Customer service wanted me to pay $5 to find out where my parcel is. No stars from me, negative stars is what Fastway and its customer service deserve!

No information for 4 days after goods are supposed to be in transit.

Now 20th December item was supposedly to be delivered 16th December. Don't know where it is in system. HOPELESS.
