  • slack delivery time! Customer service wanted me to pay $5 to find out where my parcel is. No stars from me, negative stars is what Fastway and its customer service deserve!

  • My experience is that they don't live up to their name. every time I have used them the delivery has taken a lot longer than expected. For instance a parcel picked up at the gold coast took 4 days to deliver in Brisbane.

  • Very slow and difficult to get response by phone . Allowed 2 weeks for parcel Rockhampton to Brisbane and all tracking says is it was collected on 11/12 and now its 20/12

  • Disappointing. The item shows being in Perth from 12/12/19. It’s a 19/12 today and still shows it’s “ in transit”. How long does it take to travel from the airport/ potentially truck to the collection point? Got told “ we are behind 2 days”, the 2 days finished 2 days ago!!

  • A disaster from start to finish. From the top down this organisation is a joke. The parcel tracking is a non-event and worse than useless. There are NO viable means of contacting them, phones are taken off the hook during business hours, couriers numbers are not answered. In the future, I will inquire with sellers to find out if they use this pack of idiots, if they do use fastway, I won't buy with them. Never going to leave myself at the mercy of fastway again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
