Ever since covid they have been bloody shocking, parcels have sat in the depot for over a week before being delivered. I request sellers to use Australia post .

The worst delivery service ever do not recommend it to anyone at all very unsatisfied and disappointed and disgusted

Never had a good delivery with this company and when I am aware a business uses them for delivery I refuse to buy from the company. Caught out again unfortunately.

Said delivered, but never got it. Can’t teach anybody.

almost 4 weeks and still says its at the original drop location from the seller. . useless and was only a local delivery.

Item posted from eBay seller on the 3rd of month now the 11 and still no indication of when in the system it is, very poor system, very slow organisation. Would not recommend fastway to anyone

If there was zero stars Fastway would have it, consistently late and no update on tracking, minus 1 star rating

I ordered 4 things and received 2. The driver forced me to sign and said the delivery is complete. The other 2 items are never received.

So far still waiting for any kind of update after 6 days. As with others it would be nice to not give them a star at all. Still have a smidgeon of hope that I will receive my parcel next week.

So disappointed when suppliers use this courier . They are always days if not a week behind others. I would never use them to deliver my products.

Absolutely useless company. Can’t even track my parcel. I wish eBay sellers would not use them
