Absolutely useless company. Can’t even track my parcel. I wish eBay sellers would not use them

No update on parcel in last 5 days just courier has picked up parcel

Consistently unreliable delivery timeframes. Suppliers need to avoid "Slow-way" and Aramex couriers no matter how cheap their rates must be as this is a prime example of you get what you pay for...

This is the worst company to get anything shipped by I hope fastways goes under so no one has to put up with crap from them again

Worst courier company ever! Tracking is non existing or extremely slow, over 3 weeks to get from Sydney to Melbourne. Packages sit at Sydney for weeks before being sent out!!! This company needs to be shut down!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would!! I've literally never had one package arrive within a reasonable time with this company!!! Should've shut down!!! Disgusting, lazy and incompetent service!!!! Absolutely DO NOT USE!!!

2 stars. Only because it was delivered in reasonable time. Parcel was left inside front gate, not at front door as stated by driver. It was 2 metres from the footpath in clear view of anybody around. Driver did not even come to the front door.. I saw the truck arrive and went straight outside but did not even have time to walk the 30 metres to the gate before the driver left.

Tracking updates are pathetic! It said my item was still in Sydney for the last 19 days then it suddenly appears on my door step here in Adelaide

Parcel has been sitting in Melbourne for the past 4 days since they said they picked item up to ship to qld.. they say it will take 1 week to ship from Vic to qld yet the courier trucks do vic to Brisbane overnight ( I know because my uncle used to.deive for them) very slow ..aust post are delivering faster than these guys..and that's saying something... shipping should be free if it takes longer than 4 days to deliver since it only takes an overnight truck to move parcel

Fastway is not Fastway anymore It is a slowway . Service is no good as it was before. Please improve your service

Pathetic service, everytime something is sent by these clowns, it gets lost or takes two weeks from the same area as I live, hope they go broke,

Ridiculously slow and tracking information doesn't update. There is a fastaway and it's not with this mob, I've received a few deliveries through this company and the service never gets any better. Not worthy of the minimum 1 star I have to five them for this review.

They are called fastaway for a reason, there is a fastaway and it's not with them. Ridiculously slow would be faster sent on a snail, tracking information is useless it never updates.
